Water Analysis

Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) Studies
The amendment to the RITE (Technical Regulation on Thermal Installations in Buildings) of 13 April 2013, according to RD 238/2013, establishes the annual obligation on the part of the company maintaining the thermal installations in buildings to carry out the following actions:
- Inspection of the duct network in accordance with the criteria of the UNE 100012 standard
- Review of environmental quality according to the criteria of the UNE 171330 standard
freeLAB has CAI-certified technicians to carry out INDOOR ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY INSPECTIONS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE UNE 171330 STANDARD, which includes:
- Counting of suspended particles (0.5 microns/m3, 5 microns/m3, etc.)
- Suspended particles by gravimetry (PM 2.5, PM 10, etc.)
- Analysis of particulate matter in ducts
- Counting of fungi and bacteria in the environment and on duct surfaces
- Proteomic, genomic or biochemical identification of fungi and bacteria
- Gas analysis
- Measurement of temperature and relative humidity
